Testley is an adaptive learning platform for JEE and NEET aspirants, developed by Pointcircle Labs Private Limited, Bangalore, India. Our website is located at testley.com.

By accessing our website or submitting our waitlist form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Current status of the product

Testley is currently in pre-launch. The website you are visiting is a waitlist page — the actual product (the adaptive learning platform) is not yet available to the public.

By joining the waitlist you are expressing interest in the product. You are not purchasing anything, entering into a subscription, or receiving any service at this time.

We will notify you by email and/or WhatsApp (depending on your preferences) when Testley launches. Updated Terms of Use will be presented to you at the time of actual product access.

3. Waitlist and communications

When you submit the waitlist form, you agree to:

• Receive a confirmation email from hello@testley.com
• Receive launch announcements and product updates from us
• Receive WhatsApp messages if you opted in to that channel

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP.

4. Acceptable use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in the waitlist form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our website content without permission
• Impersonate Testley or any of our team members

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Testley name, logo, design, copy, and visual assets — is owned by or licensed to Pointcircle Labs Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our written permission.

• The accuracy or completeness of information on the website
• The availability or uptime of the website
• The timeline or features of the Testley product at launch
• The outcome or results a student may achieve using Testley

Product features, launch timelines, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pointcircle Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information presented on it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed INR 0 (zero), as no financial transaction has taken place at this stage.
