Testley is an adaptive learning platform for JEE and NEET aspirants, operated by Pointcircle Labs Private Limited, Bangalore, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website at testley.com.

When you submit the waitlist form on our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you opt in to WhatsApp updates)
• Your target exam (JEE or NEET)
• Your attempt year
• Your city

We also automatically collect standard usage data through third-party analytics tools — including which pages you visit, how long you stay, and which device and browser you use.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

• Notify you when Testley launches
• Send you your early access confirmation and onboarding information
• Send you product updates via email and WhatsApp (only if you opted in)
• Understand our audience and improve our product and messaging

We will never sell your personal data to third parties, use it for unrelated marketing, or share it without your consent except as described in this policy.

4. Third-party tools we use

We use the following third-party services which may process your data on our behalf:

• Meta Pixel — tracks page visits and form submissions to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's privacy policy applies.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — tracks how visitors use our website. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — sends our confirmation emails from hello@testley.com. Brevo's privacy policy applies.
• Google Sheets — stores waitlist submissions securely in our Google Workspace account.

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Your data is stored in Google Sheets, which is protected by Google's enterprise security infrastructure. We access this data only through our Google Workspace account and do not share it with any unauthorised parties.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with updates about Testley, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw your consent to receive communications from us
• Opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP
