Cancellation & Refund.

Plain English: The 7-day trial is free and never charged. Paid plans are non-refundable once processed, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime and keep Pro until your period ends. If you were charged but Pro didn't activate, email us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to Pro subscriptions purchased on the Testley mobile application and website (the "Platform"), operated by Pointcircle Labs Private Limited ("Testley," "we," "us," or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

New users receive a one-time 7-day free trial of Pro features. No charge is made during the trial period, so no refund is applicable. If you do not subscribe, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier when the trial ends — you are never charged automatically for the trial.

2. Cancellation

Testley is a prepaid digital subscription. You can cancel at any time:

Auto-renewal is off by default. If you enabled it, disabling it stops any future charge. In all cases, cancelling stops future renewals only — your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@testley.com from your registered email or with your registered phone number, and include your Razorpay Payment ID (visible on your invoice) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
